We have had an extremely exciting year at Stuart's Opera House on the Historic Square in Nelsonville. The Stuart's Opera House provides an intimate setting for community theatre as well as the rare opportunity to enjoy nationally and internationally recognized performers in a small southeastern Ohio town.

These performances have been attracting audience members from all over Ohio, as well as Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and West Virginia, spreading the opera house name further than it has ever gone before. This would not be possible without the support of community businesses and individuals like yourselves.

Take a Seat in History

By giving a $200 gift to a theatre seat, you can leave a lasting legacy in your name, an organization’s name, in honor of someone special, or in memory of a loved one, as well as help us continue to restore and sustain Stuart’s Opera House.

Names are inscribed on an elegant brass plaque attached to the back of a theatre seat. Your donation is entirely tax-deductible.

Volunteering

Become a part of the action and join The Stuart's Opera House Guild. The Guild meets the second Thursday of every month in the Stuart's Opera House lobby. For more information about the ways in which you can help with our upcoming performances, please call (740) 753-1924. Fees are $15 per person or $25 per couple annually.
